This page summarizes our warranty, payment and shipping terms for overseas customers. The formal sales contract prevails in case of any discrepancy. Please feel free to contact us for details before placing an order.
1. Warranty
Warranty period: 【12 months】 from the date of arrival at the destination port, covering manufacturing defects and normal-use failures.
Covered: free replacement parts and online technical guidance (video support) for defects covered by the warranty.
Not covered: wear parts (such as molds, blades and belts), damage caused by improper operation, unauthorized modification, or force majeure.
Lifetime support: beyond the warranty period, spare parts and technical service remain available at cost.
2. Payment
Common methods: T/T (bank transfer), 【30%】 deposit to start production and 【70%】 balance before shipment. L/C at sight is acceptable for large orders.
Currency: USD by default; EUR or CNY can be negotiated.
Quotation validity: quotations are normally valid for 【30】 days due to exchange-rate and material-cost fluctuation.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery time: 【7–30】 days after receiving the deposit, depending on the machine model and order quantity.
Trade terms: EXW / FOB / CIF available as required. We cooperate with reliable freight forwarders for sea, air and express delivery.
Packing: standard export wooden cases suitable for ocean transportation; dimensions and weight are confirmed with you before booking.
Documents provided: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading / airway bill, certificate of origin, and operating manual in English.
4. After-Sales Service
